E-Commerce Platform

Project Overview

This project was a full-scale e-commerce solution built for a retail client. We designed the UI from scratch in Figma, then developed the entire frontend in Next.js with a headless CMS backend. The platform features real-time inventory, advanced filtering, a custom cart system, and Stripe payment integration.

The Challenge

The client needed a fast, mobile-first store that could handle high traffic during sales events without compromising on design quality or user experience.

Our Solution

We built a statically generated product catalog with incremental regeneration, reducing load times by 80%. Custom animations and micro-interactions were added to improve engagement without hurting performance.
